Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Laura Lee Lotto, Alternative Wellness Services ("Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate") for participation in the Laura Lee Lotto Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment in the Program:
a. Affiliate must submit a completed application to join the Program.
b. Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application in its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility:
a. Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
b. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
3. Commission Structure:
a. Affiliate will receive a commission of 17% on each sale referred by Affiliate's unique affiliate link.
b. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis after 15 days have passed the transaction has passed.
4. Payment:
a. Payments will be made to the Affiliate's designated account.
b. Company reserves the right to withhold commission payouts for any suspected fraudulent activities or violations of this Agreement.
5. Prohibited Activities:
a. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of spamming, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices.
b. Affiliates shall not make false claims or misrepresentations about Company's products or services.
c. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual Property:
a. Company grants Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Company's trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Company's products.
b. Affiliate agrees not to modify, reproduce, or distribute any Company intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
b. Upon termination, Affiliate shall immediately cease all marketing activities related to Company's products.
8. Confidentiality:
a. Both parties agree to keep any non-public information received during the course of this Agreement confidential.
9. Limitation of Liability:
a. Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
10. Modification:
a. Company reserves the right to modify, update, or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliate will be notified of any such changes.
11. Governing Law:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA.
12. Entire Agreement:
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
13. Severability:
a. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
By enrolling in the Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
